What to do this winter in the region of Quebec
A Winter Filled with Activities!
While for some winter represents the arrival of cold weather, storms, snow shovelling and de-icing, others have decided to see winter in a different way and know how to enjoy the multitude of original activities that only the cold season can offer.
To help you see the good side of winter, this edition of Winter in Quebec is pleased to share with you two possible activities offered by its tourism partners.
Start by taking advantage of the many activities offered at Domaine du Radar, a former military base that became an outdoor recreational centre located in Saint-Sylvestre in the Quebec City area. The place is known for its 2 Austrian toboggan 2.3 km runs set within a marvellous natural setting.
Once you have recovered from this excitement, escape within Quebec’s wilderness with a dogsledding expedition. Aventures Blanches, located in the Haute-Matawinie region, Evasion Nature and K9 Expeditions in the Lanaudière region and Adventure Inukshuk in the Quebec City area are just a few of the quality organisers that offer you this opportunity.
Wishing you the best of fun during this winter!
