The Sea Shanties Festival takes place every year on the shores of the St-Lawrence River in Saint-Jean-Port-Joly, where sailors used to work a long time ago. In fact, sea shanties were songs that sailors sang while working on sailing ships. These shanties allow you to learn more about maritime culture. Whichever the activity, you will have the opportunity to see troubadours, craftsmen, artists and sailors.
