Winter Activities in Montreal

shutterstock 2758296 1024 300x200 Winter Activities in MontrealMontreal is a great city to visit during winter since there are as many activities as in summer but with fewer tourists. Start your day by skating in one of the numerous indoor or outdoor skating rinks of the city. My pick would be Beaver Lake on top of Mount Royal which offers a perfect setting for outdoor skating. Not sure about your skating abilities just yet? Try snowshoeing within the magnificent trails also present at Mount Royal.

Renowned for being the City of all festivals, Montreal offers you a vast array of entertainment for the whole family and nightlife enthusiasts. Enjoy fireworks, local products tastings and shows at the Montreal High Lights Festival and make a great family outing with outdoor fun at La fête des Neiges.

Enjoy your winter in Montreal!
