Rules for the Winter in Quebec 2011 - 2012 Contest with L'Auberge la Bastide
Dates:
1. The contest is managed by Global Réservation and will be held from November 24 to February 20, 2012.
2. The draw will take place on February 21, 2012 in the Global Réservation 's premises under the supervision of Ms. Julie Gagné, assistant manager at Global Réservation.
3. The winner will be contacted by phone between February 22 and 27, 2012.
Terms of entry:
4. The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
5. The employees of Global Réservation, the employees of the accommodations affiliated with Auberge La Bastide as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to this contest.
6. Entrants will have to answer a mathematical question.
How to participate:
7. To participate, you simply have to visit our different websites (Quebec’s Seasons, Global Reservation and the Quebec Travel Guide) and register online. The name of the winner will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website from February 28, 2012.
8. Contest deadline: February 20, 2012 at 10:00 p.m.
9. The contest is limited to one entry per person.
The prize:
10. The contest gives you the chance to win a gift certificate worth $540 at Auberge La Bastide. This package includes a 2-night on week stay, two 5-course gastronomic dinners, 2 gourmet breakfasts and the taxes for 2 people.
11. This gift certificate is valid anytime with reservation.
12. The reservation of the winner's accommodation will have to be made in advance directly with L'Auberge la Bastide at 1-877-337-3796.
13. This gift certificate is valid anytime. No other promotion is applicable.
14. The winner is expected to meet his own cost for travelling to and from the accommodation.
15. The winner must conform to the rules of the establishment.
Claim of the prize:
16. The contest winner will be contacted on the week of the draw in order to agree on the delivery of the prize, which will be done either by certified mail or directly at the Global Réservation's premises.
17. The winner will have to claim his prize within 30 days following the draw.
General terms:
18. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal applicable laws.
19. The contest rules will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website for the entire duration of the contest.
20. Any disagreement regarding the organization or the course of an advertisement contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a settlement. Any disagreement regarding a prize awarding can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a regulation intervention only.
21. Subject to the approval of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the organizers of this contest reserve the right to cancel or postpone this contest entirely or a part of it or to put an end to it if a virus, a computer problem, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause out of the organizers' control happen which could corrupt or affect the management, the security, the impartiality or the normal course of this contest.
