Spring is Here!
Buds are coming out, birds are chirping more than ever and ice is trying in vain to stay on the tree branches? There is no doubt, spring is here! Often associated to ideas of renewal and vitality, spring is a really different from other seasons. The much more reasonable temperatures allow you to finally come outside without a tuque or mittens. Spring also represents the much awaited moment for the opening of the terraces making us enjoy our favourite drink under the warm sunrays and a bit of fresh air.
And even though the days get warmer, you can also enjoy your favourite winter sports such as skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Moreover, a visit to the sugar houses, an activity unique to Quebec, can be added to your schedule of activities! Spring is closely linked to the sugaring season that gives you the chance to taste the famous maple syrup in all sorts of ways and obviously allows you to meet with friends and family in a hearty atmosphere.
