An Event Filled with Emotions!

Largest running event in the province of Quebec, the Montreal Oasis Marathon is one of the leading events in the Montreal area where sport lovers from all ages and all levels meet. It is a multidisciplinary event open to everyone since the event does not only include the famous 42 km marathon, but also the 5 and 10 km of run and walk, the 40 km cycling event and even the P’tit Marathon of 1 km for kids. The course of the Marathon goes through many of Montreal’s biggest attractions such as Île Sainte-Hélène, Île Notre-Dame, Old Montreal and ends inside the Olympic stadium like in the 1976 Olympic Games. The event offers participants an outstanding organisation which includes services every 3 km, a path strictly reserved to runners, entertainment throughout the course as well as all the necessary services at arrival comprising a rest area, a food service, free massotherapy and sport therapy services, showers and an official medal given to everyone that will cross the finish line.

The start of the 19^th edition of the Montreal Oasis Marathon will be given on the Jacques-Cartier Bridge on September 13, 2009. Online subscriptions are now open. We will see you there !
