Situates in an exceptional historical area, L’Odyssée des Bâtisseurs Theme Park offers plenty of culture and entertainment. Thanks to our indoor and outdoor activities, you will learn how water was a key factor in the growth of our region and its progression towards major industrial development.

Visit the permanent exhibit «The Power». The exhibit is all about knowledge, discovery and reflection. Through four zones, learn about our existing heritage and hear tales of great moments in the history of the first major construction site in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean - the hydroelectric plant.

Outside, your visit continues as you stroll down a route full of surprises where you can see remains and restorations that reveal the importance of water in the region. Along the way, the château d’eau ( Water tower) has many surprises waiting for you. At more than 15 metres altitude, the viewpoint offers an incredible panorama of both natural and industrial scenery. Inside the chateau, an audio and visual experience will leave you breathless. Using the latest audio/video technology AQUAE is a presentation on the water theme show in 360° panorama with 3D sound.
