Marathon Oasis de Montréal

The Marathon Oasis de Montréal is the largest athletic event in the province of Quebec. It includes many different courses: marathon, half-marathon, 10 km and 5 km run & walk, and also a 1km mini-marathon for kids and their family. The itinerary of the different courses goes through many of the Montreal’s greatest points of interest such as the F1 circuit, the old Montreal and Île Sainte-Hélène. In 2010, the event celebrates its 20th anniversary and 22 000 participants from over 35 different countries will attend the event. Following tradition, the marathon and half-marathon starting lines are on the renowned Jacques-Cartier Bridge and the arrival of all different activities is inside the Olympic stadium.
