The Jardin des glaciers focuses on phenomena associated with the last ice age, climate change and the migration of the first peoples. Located on the shores of the St.Lawrence River and in the heart of a World Biosphere Reserve, come experience the epic times of glaciers and peoples of the Ice Age that shaped our panorama and our history throughout the last 20,000 years.

Located in a converted church, the MULTIMEDIA ZONE takes visitors back in time with a world-class multimedia show. Thanks to the magic of sound, image and light technologies, this multimedia expedition will take you deep into the heart of glaciers and climate change. To round out the experience, the Glacier Exploration Station also offers four self-guided thematic zones: the cinema room, the multimedia research room, the alcove hall and the exhibition room.

Become an explorer and enjoy the adventure of one of the three guided tour in the NATURE ZONE. In the heart of the boreal forest, discover a site that is unique in the world: The Seashell Valley. From 5 to 15 meters in height, the seashell deposit is 90% shellfish from 10,000 years ago, The Peoples of the Ice Age guided tour evokes borrowed paths and camps conducted by the peoples of our prehistory while the Traces of the glaciers tour allows you the discovery of an exceptional phenomenon, the giant glacial grooves.

Enter the ADRENALIN ZONE and experience extraordinary sensations. Explore breathtaking scenery while participating in exciting activities under the supervision of a professional guide. The following activities are available: 8 zip lines over waterways (for a total of 21.6 mi.), 2 via ferrate along the St. Lawrence (over 1.3 mi., including one of the longest in North America), water activities, sea kayaking, hiking and 35 km. of footpaths.
