Celebrating a Unique Part of Our Heritage on île d'Orléans

The Espace Félix-Leclerc, located at the entrance to île d'Orléans, is devoted to the life and work of a poet who has left his mark on the culture of Québec and the entire French-speaking world. The centre houses both permanent and temporary exhibitions on the artist, a charming boutique, and a coffee house featuring live musical performances and a outdoor terrace in summer. It also offers special activities allowing visitors to discover and appreciate the works of Félix Leclerc and Québec culture as a whole. Open year round, the centre is situated on a large lot crisscrossed with pathways bordered by benches and picnic tables and leading to the St. Lawrence River or to the middle of the island, where visitors can see a deer yard.
