Rules for Riôtel Hospitality Group Contest
Date:
- 1. The contest is managed by Global Internet Inc. and will take place from May 21, 2009 to August 20, 2009.
- 2. The draw will be held on August 24, 2009 on the Global Internet Inc.'s premises under the supervision of Ms. Julie Gagné, assistant manager at Global Internet Inc.
- 3. The winner will be contacted by phone between August 25 and August 28, 2009.
Terms of entry:
- 4. The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
- 5. The employees of Global Internet Inc. and Riôtel Hospitality Group as well as the people with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to this contest.
- 6. The entrants will have to answer a mathematical question.
- 7. To participate, you simply have to visit our different websites (www.quebecensaisons.com, www.global-reservation.com and www.quebec-guidetouristique.travel) and register online. The name of the winner will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website (http://www.quebecensaison.com/concours.aspx) after August 24, 2009.
- 8. Contest deadline: August 20, 2009 at 10:00 p.m.

The prize:
- 9. The contest gives you a chance to win a $ 850-gift certificate, redeemable for a four nights accommodation in a executive room at each hotel of Riôtel Hospitality Group (1 night in Matane, 1 night in Bonaventure and 2 nights in Percé), all table d'hôte dinners, breakfasts and gratuities included.
- 10. The gift certificate is valid until October 10, 2010, excluding the period from July 10 to August 23, 2009 and 2010.
- 11. The reservation of the winner's accommodation will have to be made in advance directly with Riôtel Hospitality Group at 1 800 463-7468. The winner must mention that he or she owns a gift certificate when making the reservation.
- 12. The winner will have to use the gift certificate before October 10, 2010. After that date, the gift certificate will no longer be valid.
- 13. The winner is expected to meet his own cost for travelling to and from Riôtel Hospitality Group.
- 14. The winner and his guest must conform to the rules established by Riôtel Hospitality Group.
Claim of the prize:
- 15. The contest winner will be contacted during the week of August 24, 2009 to agree on the delivery of the prize, which will be done either by certified mail or directly at the Global Internet Inc.'s premises.
- 16. winner will have to claim his prize within 30 days following the draw.
General terms:
- 17. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal applicable laws.
- 18. The contest rules will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website for the entire duration of the contest.
- 19. Any disagreement regarding the organization or the course of an advertisement contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a settlement. Any disagreement regarding a prize awarding can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a regulation intervention only.
- 20. Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the organizers of this contest reserve the right to cancel or postpone this contest entirely or a part of it or to put an end to it if a virus, a computer problem, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause out of the organizers' control happen which could corrupt or affect the management, the security, the impartiality or the normal course of this contest.
