Tourist newsletter, Quebec's Seasons - Vol 2, number 2

1. The contest is managed by Global Internet inc. and will take place from May 21, 2008 to August 20, 2008.
2. The draw will take place on August 21, 2008 on the Global Internet inc.’s premises under the supervision of Ms. Julie Gagné, assistant manager at Global Internet inc.
3. The winner will be contacted by phone between August 25 and August 27, 2008.

4. The contest is opened to legal residents of Canada of age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
5. The employees of Global Internet inc. and of the Auberge Quatre Temps, as well as the people with whom these employees live are not eligible to this contest.
6. The contestants will have to answer an ability question.

7. To participate, you simply have to visit our different websites (www.quebecensaisons.com, www.global-reservation.com and www.quebec-guidetouristique.travel) and register online. The name of the winner will be posted on the Quebec’s Seasons website (http://www.quebecensaison.com/concours.aspx) from August 25 2008.
8. Participation deadline: August 20, 2008

9. The contest gives you a chance to win a $595-gift certificate redeemable for a “Luxury and romance” package, valid for two persons, including one night accommodation in a romantic room at the Auberge Quatre Temps, a breakfast, a Four-Course dinner at the restaurant Le Laké and a relaxing massage session for two at the renowned Sentosa Spa.
10. The gift certificate is valid for a year.
11. The reservation of the winner’s accommodation will have to be made in advance, directly with the Auberge Quatre Temps. The winner must mention that he or she has a gift certificate when making the reservation.
12. The winner will have to use the gift certificate before August 21, 2009. After that date, the gift certificate will no longer be valid.
13. The transportation of the winner to and from the Auberge Quatre Temps is entirely at the winner’s expense.
14. The winner and his or her guests must conform to the rules established by the Auberge Quatre Temps.

15. The winner will be contacted during the week of August 25, 2008 to agree on the prize delivery, which will be done either by certified mail or directly inside the Global Internet inc.’s premises.
16. The winner will have to claim his or her prize within 30 days following the draw.

17. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal applicable laws.
18. The rules of the contest will be posted on the Quebec’s Seasons website for the entire duration of the contest.
19. Any disagreement regarding the organization or the course of an advertisement contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a settlement. Any disagreement regarding a prize awarding can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a regulation intervention only.
20. Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the organizers of this contest reserve the right, at their discretion, to cancel or postpone this contest entirely or a part of it or to put an end to it if a virus, a computer problem, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause out of the organizers’ control happen which could corrupt or affect the management, the security, the impartiality or the normal course of this contest.
