Festival de la galette et des saveurs du terroir

The 25th Edition of Festival de la galette et des saveurs du terroir which will take place on the sites of the moulin Légaré (mill) and the Manoir Globensky garden’s in Old Saint-Eustache on September 18th and 19th 2010l, is a popular festivity in the Laurentian region. Organised by the Corporation du Moulin Légaré, which has for mission the conservation and the promotion of Saint-Eustache’s patrimonial buildings, this event is the ideal moment for the whole family to taste different specialities offered by our local agro-alimentary producers and discover the skills of local artists as well as visiting our different buildings and exhibits. Our famous buckwheat pancake is the star of the event and is prepared on site according to the traditional recipe. During the whole weekend, participants take part in the different free activities, such as culinary and artistic demonstrations, the children’s zone, multiples shows as well as visits of the Régiments de La Sarre base. A Rendez-vous for all!
