Rules for the Ultimate Getaway at Château Beauvallon Contest
Date:
- 1. The contest is managed by Global Internet Inc. and will take place from August 21, 2009 to November 20, 2009.
- 2. The draw will be held on November 23, 2009 in the Global Internet Inc.'s premises under the supervision of Ms. Julie Gagné, assistant manager at Global Internet Inc.
- 3. The winner will be contacted by phone between November 24 to 27, 2009.
Terms of entry:
- 4. The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
- 5. The employees of Global Internet Inc. and Château Beauvallon as well as the people with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to this contest.
- 6. Entrants will have to answer a mathematical question.
How to participate:
- 7. To participate, you simply have to visit our different websites (www.quebecensaisons.com, www.global-reservation.com and www.quebec-guidetouristique.travel) and register online. The name of the winner will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website (http://www.quebecensaison.com/concours-en.php) after November 24, 2009.
- 8. Contest deadline: November 20, 2009 at 10:00 p.m.
The prize:
- 9. The contest gives you a chance to win a 2 night’s stay for 2 in a luxurious 1-bedroom suite with a fireplace at the Château Beauvallon hotel. Your stay will also include 2 continental breakfasts at restaurant Bon Vivant, 2 3-course table d’hôte dinners, a plate of fruits dipped in chocolate or a fine cheese board, a bottle of Canadian wine, a rose bouquet as well as an access for 2 at Le Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant.
- 10. The gift certificate is valid until August 31, 2010, excluding the period from December 23, 2009 to January 2, 2010.
- 11. The reservation of the winner's accommodation will have to be made in advance directly with Château Beauvallon (Toll free: 888-681-6611, International: 819-681-6611, Fax: 819-681-1941, E-mail: res@chateaubeauvallon.com) The winner must mention that he or she owns a gift certificate when making the reservation.
- 12. The winner will have to use the gift certificate before August 31, 2010. After that date, the gift certificate will no longer be valid.
- 13. The winner is expected to meet his own cost for travelling to and from the hotel.
- 14. The winner and his guest must conform to the rules established by Château Beauvallon.
Claim of the prize:
- 15. The contest winner will be contacted on the week of the draw in order to agree on the delivery of the prize, which will be done either by certified mail or directly at the Global Internet Inc.'s premises.
- 16. The winner will have to claim his prize within 30 days following the draw.
General terms:
- 17. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal applicable laws.
- 18. The contest rules will be posted on the Quebec's Seasons website for the entire duration of the contest.
- 19. Any disagreement regarding the organization or the course of an advertisement contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a settlement. Any disagreement regarding a prize awarding can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a regulation intervention only.
- 20. Subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, the organizers of this contest reserve the right to cancel or postpone this contest entirely or a part of it or to put an end to it if a virus, a computer problem, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause out of the organizers' control happen which could corrupt or affect the management, the security, the impartiality or the normal course of this contest.
